When can I expect my print?
This question applies mostly to Limited Edition prints as I make those myself and the answer depends on whether the print is in stock or does it have to be produced. As a general rule I would allow 2 -4 weeks for delivery, hinging on many factors such as: size, scanning, if I have to order paper, inks or chemicals, etc. I will stay in contact and apprise you of the progress of your order.
I cannot find the size or finishing options I need.
Email us (bp@burtonpritzker.com) to arrange a custom order. Custom sizes will be priced proportionately (but may require a few extra days to fulfill).
